I have been teaching group fitness for over 14 years. I have created fitness programs for major companies such as New York Sports Clubs and taught at Equinox, YMCA and Lifetime Fitness to name a few. I have taught classes for all different types of disciplines from Spinning, Pilates, small group training, dance and strength training to run clubs.
